The challenge
Map existing processes and organizational gaps, define the target state and prioritize implementation.
My contribution
Ran stakeholder workshops and a gap analysis, and prioritized more than 20 improvement initiatives with management. Introduced the company’s first Jira board and automated task and subtask creation.
The outcome
The program established a new organizational structure with clearly defined team responsibilities. In parallel, I introduced a SharePoint intranet within three months and built a four-person social media team.
